• Above all else, every mistake, error, typo, or whatever other grammatical mishap will be found and duly resolved. All clients can rest assured that their fully edited/proofread document will be mistake-free!

• Audience is crucial. At the forefront of our mind is what audience the document is intended for. For instance, the language and tone used in a government policy paper will be different to that of a blog post, and we are always cognizant of this.

• As the years roll on, we’ve become increasingly skilled at spotting factual errors and this informal “fact-checking” is now included as part of our editing/proofreading services. • Naturally, the client’s needs come first. For example, if they wish for the document to be reduced in size, we’ll highlight parts deemed superfluous, or streamline dense text and render it in a more digestible format.
