How is the editing/proofreading work carried out?

All changes to the document are made using the ‘track changes’ feature, ensuring that every modification is clearly visible for review. Comments are also added throughout the document to provide explanations, suggestions, or to flag areas requiring your attention or clarification.

How long does the editing/proofreading take?

A typical document (2,000–10,000 words) can be fully edited and proofread within 2–4 days. Expedited turnarounds are also available upon request.

How and when is payment made?

As ALBA places a strong emphasis on building trust with clients, payment is only requested after the work is completed. At that point, clients receive an e-invoice for secure online payment, with a range of options available, including all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
